Fine hotel. Loved that the staff rushed us through the check in so that they could get back to their Christmas party. The water pressure in the shower was perfect to give me the feel of a nice Texas mist. The lobby not having coffee in the morning before my departure was just what I needed to start my day…

We will never stay here again and warn would- be guests to skip this place . While it has a great location, the hotel is unacceptable. It has the worst hotel beds we have ever slept on. Neither my wife or I got any rest. This place needs an overhaul. It also smelled like mildew and was dirty. The air conditioner was antiquated so it wasn't capable of dehumidifying the air. Broken box springs, horrible (below prison grade), lumpy uneven mattresses, grime and dirt, hair stuck to the bathroom door (not ours), stained guest chair (gross). There is no excuse for this and we expected better from a "Best Western". It was terrible. A real dump.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Manasseh ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars near the hotel. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again manasseh! for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

I recently reserved a meeting room for our mothers 70th Birthday surprise, and everything to include everyone we worked with was pleasant. The F&B Director, Angelica Ramirez, was a gem to work with. She was very accommodating. The Sales Director, Vanessa assisted in finalizing the event. Her professionalism was much appreciated. The event rep, Eddie, who I believe was also the chef was a great representation of Holiday Inn Hospitality. He went above and beyond to help with anything and everything we needed for our guests. The food was absolutely delicious. We went with the Southwest Fiesta and it is hands down the best bang for your buck. Totally worth every penny. If you need a place to host an event, My family and I highly recommend this location. The hotel itself was beautiful on the inside and the front desk rep had a warm welcome for everyone entering the hotel.

V is fantastic and management is lucky to have him but management is not doing their job. The hotel itself is falling apart, the hotel room doors do not close and latch (Door to 436 lookes closed but you can just push it open) staff was kind enough to give me a room right across the hall and I had the same issue (435 not exactly the same issue door almost closes but gets stuck almost closed so you can see the door is unlocked from the outside) fixtures like lights (multiple light fixtures on the 4th floor) or the room key scanner at the elevator (1st floor) are literally coming out of the walls (literally hanging out of the Walls by their wires). To recap very friendly and helpful staff building not being maintained.

Room and beds were comfortable. Shower water temp was not as hot as I would have liked it to me, but that’s personal preference. Location was perfect and service was great. Was able to be checked in earlier than check in time and checked out late (IHG member benefits). Would recommend to stay.
